It's that time of the year where we look for passionate baseball volunteers that would love the opportunity to become a Little League manager or coach. This year in TVALL, it's all about the coaches. By that, I mean we are making every effort to provide managers and coaches with the necessary tools to be successful in Little League. Here are a few things that will help us achieve success:
Furthermore, our seasoned coaching staff will be putting together a plan for each division that will help the managers develop a successful practice; not to mention it will give parents an idea of what to expect at the end of the year with regards to their son/daughters skill level.
Coaches: I won't sugar coat this message. This is a big responsibility! It's more than just raising your hand and saying you'll manage/coach a team. Coaching in Little League is an integral part of our success and whether you're new to coaching or an experienced coach, the board of directors wants to ensure that the necessary tools for your success are at your disposal. This will be a new perspective to those that have been coaching in Little League and probably a relief for those thinking about coaching. At the end of the day, TVALL intends on upholding the quality of this program and providing our youths with an outstanding year of baseball.
We need your help to stay focused on our mission to provide our kids with a quality program. Please consider volunteering your time and becoming a Little League coach by filling out the on-line application. We'll be conducting interviews the second week of January.
